Join as a founding engineer to design and build Voyager's core product end-to-end. Own product surfaces from design through production, ship quickly, make architectural decisions for systems handling real users and money, and set the technical bar for future engineers while working closely with the founders in an in-person Brooklyn environment.

Founding Operations Lead will build and run core operational processes: plan conferences and trainings, coordinate end-to-end customer launches with police/prosecutors, manage office and internal operations, support business development logistics, own recruiting/talent and onboarding, source/manage merch and vendors, and improve repeatable playbooks and candidate experience as the company scales.

Sell vehicles and support customers at an automotive dealership. No prior auto sales experience required. Compensation is commission-based with bonuses and benefits. Bilingual applicants a plus. Must be 18+, hold a valid U.S. driver’s license, and may need to cover state licensing fees.

Provide phone/email/fax support to Topcon export dealers, process and enter orders, provide price quotes, arrange shipments and customs documentation, track order status, troubleshoot basic product issues, and maintain customer and internal communications to ensure timely resolution.

Manage development, analysis, and reporting of construction schedules from preconstruction through closeout for multifamily, commercial, retail, and parking garage projects. Create CPM schedules and baselines, track delays and long-lead items, coordinate look-aheads and weekly updates with project teams and trade partners, maintain reporting for stakeholders, align schedules with accounting and cash flow, and implement recovery strategies to remove bottlenecks.

Lead regional program and operations for multiple Ronald McDonald House and Family Room sites: manage staff and volunteers, oversee 24/7 facility operations and facilities management, implement program strategy and continuous improvement, build hospital partnerships, manage budgets and reporting, and ensure family-centered care and compliance with organizational policies.

Provide administrative and facilities support including courier deliveries, mail and package processing, reception coverage, conference room setup, high-volume copying/scanning/printing, supply inventory and light moving. Maintain common areas, assist with office moves and events, and perform other operational tasks with confidentiality and professionalism.

Lead and build Vimly's demand generation function from scratch. Own end-to-end strategy and execution for email, paid, content syndication, webinars, and ABM to generate and accelerate pipeline. Manage marketing budget, tools, vendors, and align closely with sales to target enterprise accounts and optimize campaigns by performance data.

As the second engineer, you'll own core real-time voice→intent→action systems, design APIs/services for long-running stateful agent tasks, ship polished user-facing features, and improve reliability, observability, and performance. You will influence product direction and company culture while operating end-to-end from design through production and iteration.

Lead outreach and partnerships with small businesses and corporations to promote voter engagement. Plan and execute campaigns and events, develop toolkits, collaborate with internal teams, and report on participation and impact.
