Support the Director of Sales by managing inquiries, scheduling and conducting tours, maintaining CRM records, providing administrative support for admissions and events, maintaining sales collateral and community presentation, and ensuring timely, professional communication with prospects, families, and referral partners.

Manage and lead RFQ/RFP pursuits from opportunity identification to submission. Create compelling qualification packages, proposals, interview decks, project tearsheets, resumes, and award submissions. Coordinate consultants and firmwide marketing, maintain organized materials, support media/publications and outreach, research opportunities, and develop client relationships to strategically position the firm.

Provide administrative and creative support for the Social Media & Content Design team: monitor platform trends, manage creative asset libraries, assist with analytics and reporting, support editorial calendars and community management, and help produce on-brand social content and copy. Learn agency processes and contribute to strategy and operations across consumer, events, social good, and tech accounts.

The role involves researching, writing, editing, and proofreading content across various media, while maintaining consistency and following company guidelines.
