Define feature roadmaps, collaborate with engineering to implement code and APIs, adapt ML methods for distributed/GPU environments, and create evaluation/annotation programs for fine-tuning and performance measurement.

Train new Customer Service Representatives, develop and maintain training materials and a knowledge base, monitor call/email quality, provide feedback and remedial training, prepare quality reports, take escalations, and support process improvements.
