About Kontakt.io

Inside health systems, where every second can matter, operations are still spread across dozens of disconnected tools and platforms. Kontakt.io is changing that.

We combine proprietary hardware, AI-powered intelligence, and deep integrations with the technology health systems already have in place to build real-time understanding of what's happening across their operations. That intelligence becomes the execution layer care teams have been missing, helping them make smarter decisions and deliver better patient care.

Backed by Goldman Sachs and trusted by leading health systems including HCA Healthcare, Sutter Health, AdventHealth, Trinity Health, Northwell Health, Cleveland Clinic, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, we’ve more than doubled our revenue and are rapidly scaling with a clear path toward $100M in annual recurring revenue.

If you're excited to solve hard problems and help health systems deliver better care, we'd love to meet you!

Director of Revenue Operations

We are hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to become the CRO’s right-hand person and the operational orchestrator of Kontakt.io’s go-to-market engine.

This is not a traditional RevOps role focused primarily on Salesforce administration, reporting requests, or process hygiene. Those things still matter, but they are now the foundation, not the mission.

RevOps at Kontakt.io is about looking forward: collecting signals from the market, pipeline, customers, campaigns, product usage, seller activity, and executive priorities, then redistributing those signals into timely, coordinated go-to-market action. The Director of Revenue Operations will help translate strategy into operating rhythm, ensure the right teams are moving at the right time, and make the revenue organization more predictive, more automated, and more aligned.

This person will sit close to the CRO, work from the NYC office Monday through Thursday, and act as a force multiplier across the GTM leadership team. They will own the forecast to the CRO, run the revenue operating cadence, manage cross-functional execution, and build the systems, automations, and AI-enabled workflows that make the entire GTM organization faster and smarter.

For the right candidate, this role is an opportunity to grow beyond sales systems and administration into a true GTM Chief of Staff / Revenue Strategy & Operations leadership role.

This is not a Salesforce administration role. Salesforce matters, but it is now the database, not the mission.

What You’ll Own

GTM Strategy & Operating Rhythm

  • Serve as the CRO’s operational partner across the GTM organization.

  • Run GTM leadership cadences, priorities, follow-ups, and accountability.

  • Translate executive priorities into coordinated cross-functional execution.

  • Identify execution gaps, dependencies, and risks and drive them to resolution.

Forecasting & Revenue Intelligence

  • Own the forecast process and operating truth behind the CRO’s board forecast.

  • Drive pipeline, deal, conversion, expansion, and renewal inspection.

  • Surface risks and opportunities early and turn revenue data into action.

  • Partner with Sales leadership to improve forecast discipline and pipeline quality.

GTM Signals & Execution

  • Connect signals across sales, marketing, buyer behavior, customers, product, and leadership.

  • Turn those signals into actions such as account prioritization, campaigns, rep coaching, executive intervention, and customer engagement.

  • Build mechanisms that make the organization more proactive and less reactive.

AI, Automation & Productivity

  • Identify high-value workflows that can be automated or augmented with AI.

  • Partner with our Sales Developer/Engineer to build automations, AI agents, data workflows, and internal productivity tools.

  • Help define the future of AI-enabled revenue operations at Kontakt.io.

Systems & Data

  • Own Salesforce and the broader revenue technology stack as the foundation for GTM execution.

  • Maintain reliable data, reporting, routing, attribution, pipeline processes, and integrations.

  • Simplify processes while maintaining strong operational discipline.

Team Leadership

  • Lead Marketing Operations and a dedicated Sales Developer/Engineer.

  • Set priorities, operating cadence, and success metrics for the team.

  • Develop RevOps from a support function into a strategic GTM enablement organization.
