Prepares and reviews mortgage initial disclosure packages, Loan Estimates, and Change of Circumstance redisclosures to ensure TRID and regulatory compliance. Sets up loans in the LOS, verifies tax, insurance, fee, and consumer data, corrects discrepancies, and maintains confidential information. Coordinates with loan originators and processors, conducts file compliance reviews, supports timely workflow distribution, answers team questions, completes compliance training, and assists with process improvements.

Develop and execute go-to-market plans for Reputation’s platform, including high-velocity product launches, sales enablement, product collateral, messaging, competitive analysis, and market research. Serve as a subject matter expert for sales, marketing, and customer success teams, translate product features and customer insights into differentiated value propositions, and collaborate with Product Management to influence the product roadmap.

Manages club sales and service operations, including hiring, coaching, scheduling, member acquisition, fitness and retail sales, retention, lead management, local marketing, onboarding, and complaint resolution. Establishes and tracks revenue goals, reviews performance metrics, coordinates fitness initiatives, and ensures an exceptional member experience. Reports to the General Manager and leads Sales and Service team members.

Own daily accounts receivable operations, including payment posting, insurance reconciliation, statements, aging, collections, denials, and period close. Produce AR reporting on DSO, payor mix, collection and denial rates, and cash forecasting. Support audits, month-end close, variance analysis, and process improvements while maintaining accurate, reconciled, audit-ready records and handling confidential patient and payment information.

Provides administrative and paralegal support to the General Counsel’s office, including legal research, correspondence, regulatory filings, corporate governance, subpoena responses, legal holds, document management, compliance support, and preparation for legal proceedings. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, communication, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently in a collaborative office environment.

Support and develop virtualized application packages for VDI and thick clients, sequence and validate mission applications, persist user settings in non-persistent VDI, automate sequencing, tune VMware SDDC, handle incident resolution and patching, produce design/test/implementation documentation, and provide training to the virtualization and VDI teams.

Develops and delivers leadership and professional development programs, creates engaging training content, facilitates sessions, enables managers, and oversees the Learning Management System. Partners with business leaders on performance improvement, strategic planning, and organizational change. Analyzes training utilization and ROI, manages talent development initiatives, and reports program effectiveness.

Generate qualified sales pipeline by researching and account-planning target brands, conducting personalized outbound outreach, cold calling, and opening opportunities. Own pipeline forecasting and data quality while partnering with sales and marketing on top-of-funnel strategy. Improve the outbound engine through AI-powered sourcing, research, prioritization, messaging, sequencing, and workflow optimization. Help evaluate sales tools, refine processes, and contribute to team growth.

Assist in data collection, validation, and reporting in MarTech stack, improve datasets for marketing analytics, and analyze data quality issues.
