Job Summary

The Talent Development Partner is responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing effective training platforms to assist individuals and departments in improving performance. This individual will play a critical role in creating engaging content, enabling managers, and facilitating training sessions. The TD Partner must be passionate about driving employee development through creative content, building leadership capabilities, and impactful presentations. This position also has responsibility and oversight of the Learning Management System to ensure accuracy of training schedules, transcripts, and uploads. The TD Partner collaborates with internal clients in areas that include strategic planning, performance improvement, and Project Management. This position provides ongoing reports that detail training utilization and ROI.Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or related field required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning and development, organizational development, or talent management.
  • Experience designing and delivering leadership and professional development programs.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders in a consultative capacity.
  • Experience using learning management systems and talent management platforms.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Knowledge of talent management, succession planning, and leadership development practices.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and measure program effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and drive organizational change.
