Provides peer coaching, payment-plan signoffs, onboarding support, and best-practice mentoring.

Responsibilities include tracking proofs and postal delays, cleaning lists, uploading suppressions, conducting match-back analysis, activating ROI tools, checking tracking assets, and delivering client recaps. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical skills, and proficiency with office productivity tools.

Manage daily domestic and international disbursements, including ACH, SWIFT wires, checks, payroll, grants, and vendor payments. Perform transaction and bank reconciliations, resolve payment and ledger discrepancies, maintain exchange rates, and prepare general ledger batches. Review and process Concur expense reports and reimbursements, administer corporate cards, train staff on expense policies, and support insurance data collection and claims reporting for overseas offices.

Develop and lead integrated, full-funnel paid media strategies across digital, social, search, programmatic, and emerging channels. Translate research, performance data, enrollment trends, and market signals into audience priorities, channel plans, messaging direction, KPIs, and optimization strategies. Manage client communications and collaborate with creative, strategy, analytics, and account teams to improve campaign performance and connect media decisions to business outcomes.

Lead the school’s alumni engagement strategy, governance, programming, communications, and regional outreach. Manage the Alumni Advisory Board, signature events, young alumni initiatives, milestone programs, digital channels, and alumni communications. Establish engagement metrics, maintain performance dashboards, analyze growth opportunities, and improve data integrity in partnership with Advancement Services. Collaborate with school leadership, volunteers, donors, students, faculty, families, and advancement staff while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
