Lead architecture, deployment, and operation of Windows and macOS endpoint services; modernize device management from SCCM/AD/GPO to Intune/Entra ID; manage Desktop and Solutions Engineering teams; drive automation (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, AI tools); oversee vendor relationships, define endpoint standards, and measure operational KPIs to improve reliability, security, and efficiency.
