Manage and support Microsoft-based hybrid enterprise infrastructure across corporate and manufacturing sites. Perform provisioning, patching, virtualization, networking, storage, backup/recovery, endpoint and identity management. Lead small-to-mid infrastructure projects including cloud migrations and M&A integrations, implement monitoring and automation, provide Tier 2/3 support, collaborate with Security for secure IT/OT operations, and produce documentation and SOPs to maintain operational continuity.

Serve as the dealership's internet sales link: respond to phone, email and live chat leads, present product and initial financing information, schedule and follow up on appointments, use CRM daily, and support team and process development to convert leads into showroom visits and sales.

Provide remote front-desk and back-office support for a wellness store: handle phone and email inquiries, appointment booking and scheduling, inventory and supplies management, billing and superbills, time clock and daily close reports, and general customer service and special projects as assigned.

Own CPFR for the Walmart account: build demand forecasts and replenishment strategies for TV and audio, analyze POS and inventory data, manage KPIs, support launches and promotions, and maintain Walmart relationships to ensure in-stock performance.

Manage channel marketing operations and partner program execution: lead mapping/uploads, SPIF payouts, partner event coordination, CRM/contact hygiene (Dynamics), global calendar and MDF administration, swag fulfillment, reporting and analytics in Excel, and support co-branded assets and partner enablement.

Enter vendor invoice images and data into the electronic payment system, maintain vendor accounts, resolve pricing/receiving issues, respond to vendor correspondence, communicate with internal teams, and support Finance Department projects and process improvements.

Advise mid-market clients on technology and AI strategy, build 3-5 year IT roadmaps, engage C-suite to prioritize IT investments, design Microsoft-stack solution architectures, guide AI adoption and governance, optimize IT budgets/staffing, lead audits and special projects, and support pre-sales to generate consulting engagements.
