As a Sr. Staff Deployment Strategist, you will drive business transformation by partnering with clients to design and implement AI-powered data intelligence solutions, ensuring value realization and client integration.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, data models, ETL/ELT, and BI solutions. Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to improve data quality, accessibility, and PHI security. Develop and document workflows, optimize processing/storage, support data warehouse and visualization, and adopt AI tools to drive data-informed outcomes.

Embed with the CRO to deliver GTM analytics and insights: write SQL and dbt models, build Looker and Salesforce dashboards, define and track revenue KPIs, forecast and model revenue, partner with GTM leaders and Data Engineering, lead analytics projects, and translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations to drive upsell and new-business growth.

Prepare, validate, and maintain member data lists in Snowflake for email, SMS, and print; build automated data quality checks; manage suppression and PHI-related compliance; document transformations; partner with Marketing Operations and centralized Data to resolve issues and support audits and ad-hoc reporting.

Provide monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting and analysis for the Department of Neurology. Develop and maintain EPIC reports, physician operating statements, billing/receivable and budget reports; support forecasting, strategic planning, and serve as EPIC reporting super user.

Build and maintain clean data models and pipelines from messy data, develop merchant-facing reporting and visualizations, partner with data engineering, product, and Risk & Data teams to surface fraud insights, and contribute to a scalable reporting pipeline that supports sales and merchant retention.

Build and maintain production data pipelines and foundations for People Analytics and AI-driven tools. Integrate HR systems (Workday, Greenhouse), design data models, ensure governance for sensitive employee data, support data science and reporting, and deliver dashboards and Streamlit apps. Optimize queries, enable LLM consumption with quality and latency controls, and collaborate cross-functionally to transition AI prototypes to production.

Design and maintain scalable dbt data models and Looker dashboards; partner with Finance, Product, and GTM to translate requirements into analytics solutions; ensure data quality with Data Engineering; perform analyses, forecasting, and QA to deliver trusted reporting and drive analytics initiatives.

Perform Ukrainian- and English-language open-source research and document review to assess KYC, sanctions, AML, and supply chain risks. Use Exiger's DDIQ and shipping databases to identify risk-relevant information, produce client-ready narratives, onboard and train users, and advise on tool usage. Support U.S. government clients with timely, accurate due diligence and risk assessments.

Build and maintain dbt data models, design BI dashboards and reports (Count and other tools), and deliver merchant/issuer analytics. Partner with GTM and product teams to translate data into actionable insights, improve data quality, and lead technical investigations to scale analytics infrastructure.
