The Territory Sales Manager drives sales and profitability for Off Highway's industrial business through customer interactions and sales strategies in the northern region, focusing on growth and managing distributor relationships.

Own the Wesco national distributor relationship across North America, representing over $25M in annual revenue. Develop account plans, joint business strategies, forecasts, and growth initiatives; analyze sales, inventory, profitability, and market data; manage channel relationships; coordinate with marketing, product, finance, and sales teams; resolve customer issues; and support promotions, training, and business reviews. The role requires electrical distribution expertise, strong analytics and forecasting skills, revenue ownership, and up to 40% travel.

Provide subject-matter expertise on U.S. Government contracting (FAR/DFARS/GSAR), support full contract lifecycle including proposals, negotiations, and modifications; advise stakeholders on regulatory risk and compliance; lead audits, training, and process improvements to enable government sales while protecting the company.

Manages and develops Support Specialists through coaching and performance management, handles escalations and risk mitigation, conducts quality calibration, and partners cross-functionally on process improvement, documentation, operational strategy, and scalable support practices.
