The Quality Engineer assists in maintaining quality systems, coordinates procedures, performs audits, trains staff, and leads quality teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

Lead design and implementation of a multi-modal behavior prediction system using image and LiDAR data. Build optimized data pipelines, train and evaluate models (LSTM, Transformer), scale training/inference infrastructure, and integrate prediction into the autonomous driving stack. Develop and support embedded firmware for mixed signal ASIC/SoC in an optical circuit switching platform, collaborating with teams for integration and testing.

Manage inbound phone and internet leads, follow up using a CRM, complete manufacturer training, ensure daily CRM tasks and customer manifest follow-up, and deliver excellent customer service to support sales and retention.

Provide clerical support for the Contracts team and Business Office: process EDRS via NV DMV, review sales contracts, prepare overnight deal packages and outgoing mail, manage trade vehicle payoffs and checks, and coordinate interdepartmental communications in a process-driven environment.
