Support North American sourcing for Alexander Dennis, focusing on supplier localization, cost optimization, and supply continuity for the EV500 launch. Lead RFQs, tenders, supplier negotiations, BOM review for Buy America compliance, supplier risk management, ERP supplier data administration, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet cost and quality targets.

Drive system- and subsystem-level requirements for lidar products, develop physics-based models, prototype and validate optical/electro-optical modules, perform lab and field testing, collaborate across hardware/software/firmware/mechanical teams, and support transition of prototypes into production including calibration and manufacturing integration.

Lead procurement analytics by building KPIs, dashboards, and reports (Domo/Excel/Smartsheet); analyze supplier and shop-level procurement performance; develop and communicate procurement policies, SOPs, and training; liaise with finance and operations to improve buying behavior and gross profit through data-driven recommendations and process improvements.
