Provide administrative support including answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, data entry, inventory and office supplies coordination, and clerical assistance to maintain a professional office environment.

Full-time commission sales role training toward management. Generate leads, meet sales goals, assist customers with new and used vehicle purchases, negotiate and close deals, deliver product demos, maintain market knowledge, and collaborate with team while improving sales skills through training.

Sell new vehicles, build customer relationships, conduct test drives, close deals on commission, learn product features, follow proven sales training, and pursue advancement within the dealership.

Greet customers, log customer information, monitor the lot for arriving customers, answer phones, and provide basic customer care. Position is on-site Tue–Fri 9:30am–6:30pm and Sat 9:00am–6:00pm. Health and dental benefits available after 60 days.

Handle inbound leads and follow up with customers by phone to schedule test-drive or service appointments. Coordinate with Sales and Service teams, use provided training and tools, and work toward hourly pay plus commission and bonuses.

Sell new and used vehicles, assist customers with selection, explain financing and leasing options, close deals, provide excellent customer service, build long-term relationships and referrals, meet sales targets, and participate in training and community events.

Answer service department calls, collect customer information, schedule service appointments, greet visitors, handle rental vehicle contracts and returns, manage vehicle return times, and perform ad hoc administrative duties. Must work Mon–Fri 1PM–6PM and maintain a professional appearance and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Lead and scale charger deployment and O&M programs, maintain internal reporting, streamline processes using data-driven root cause analysis, manage cross-functional projects and partner networks, improve customer support experience and content, and drive operational improvements for large-scale EV charging deployments.

Greet customers, assist in vehicle selection, explain features and options, demonstrate vehicles, overcome objections, close sales, and report activities to the Sales Manager. Provide professional customer service and learn company sales processes.

Sell Subaru vehicles by responding to leads (in-person, phone, text, chat, email, video), prospecting clients, demonstrating inventory, quoting pricing, processing credit applications, following the dealership sales process, meeting sales goals, and delivering high customer satisfaction. Requires Saturday and evening availability.
