Sell new and used wreckers, trucks, and trailers to new and existing customers. Make outside sales calls, demonstrate vehicles (drive as needed), prepare proposals and paperwork, maintain customer database and daily call reports, and promote dealer services to meet sales goals.

Oversee dealership sales team: recruit, hire, train, set and track sales goals, coach reps to close deals, forecast sales, manage CRM, handle customer issues, lead sales meetings, and maintain inventory control and customer satisfaction.

Greet customers, explain and promote wash packages and Unlimited Pass memberships, assist customers in selecting plans, create a positive sales-driven experience at paystations, and represent the brand with energy and professionalism.

Engage customers to identify vehicle needs, demonstrate Nissan models, negotiate and close sales, build customer relationships, follow up post-sale, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets.
