Lead and manage the Employee Relations function for a nationwide outpatient radiology and oncology provider. Oversee a remote ER team, ensure 50-state employment law compliance, conduct high-risk investigations, advise executives and legal counsel, develop policies and trainings, mitigate ER risk, support restructurings, and guide complex performance management and disciplinary processes.

Build dashboards, support ITSM processes, ensure data quality, and enable compliance and audits while partnering with IT operations and security.

Manage daily administrative operations for the Sandy Springs office: reception, coordinate meetings/events and catering, handle mailings and corporate mobile accounts, maintain supplies and vendor/facilities coordination, support purchasing and inventory, assist special projects, and provide general office support for multiple departments.

Generate new business revenue by prospecting and building referral partnerships with real estate and mortgage professionals. Advise clients on insurance needs, compare options across a large carrier portfolio, and deliver custom household risk solutions. Receive training in Salesforce, sales process management, and business development.

Lead and grow regional sales for diagnostic/medical device products by developing strategy, managing complex healthcare accounts and channels, building and coaching a high-performing sales team, collaborating cross-functionally, driving forecasting and pipeline management, and representing the company at industry events.
