Lead mechanical engineering for medium-to-large material handling and conveyor projects from design through installation. Provide technical leadership, ensure compliance with customer requirements, manage deliverables, schedules, change orders, and cross-functional coordination. Mentor project engineers, resolve technical and constructability issues, review engineering drawings, and drive continuous improvement in engineering quality and project execution.
