Oversee the full financial lifecycle of complex engineering and construction projects, including project setup, invoicing, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, receivables, contract reviews, and closeout. Advise project leaders on profitability, risks, compliance, and corrective actions; prepare executive reports; mentor junior accountants; and improve accounting policies, ERP workflows, and governance processes.

Manages employee relations, compensation, leave and workers’ compensation processes in a manufacturing environment. Advises management on HR policies, employment laws, complaints, investigations, discipline, conflict resolution and workforce planning. Develops advanced data science and machine learning solutions using large, structured and unstructured datasets. Partners with analysts, engineers, scrum teams, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable value, leads proof-of-concept projects, applies statistical research, and coaches less experienced colleagues.

Designs, configures, maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots LAN/WAN infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, and Cisco and Fortinet devices across client environments. Resolves complex incidents, supports migrations and deployments, documents configurations, collaborates with security teams, participates in service transitions, and mentors junior engineers. The role also values network automation, scripting, ITIL practices, and cloud networking experience in Azure and AWS.

Manages global revenue accounting policies and methodology for promotions and training programs. Responsibilities include applying ASC 606 and US GAAP, reviewing contracts and accruals, reconciling general ledger accounts, analyzing revenue fluctuations, maintaining SOX controls, improving reporting processes, supporting regional accounting teams, and partnering with Finance, Legal, Sales, and IT on system and process changes.

Own the requirements and roadmap for Arcadia’s unified data model supporting utility, expense management, energy intelligence, and sustainability products. Partner with engineering, analytics, and product leaders to define extensible schemas, data contracts, governance standards, and lifecycle requirements. Prioritize capabilities, resolve competing data needs, drive model adoption, address quality and parity gaps, and communicate architecture and roadmap decisions to technical and executive stakeholders.

Manages grants accounting and accounts receivable, including grant billing, cash receipts, collections, reconciliations, journal entries, revenue reporting, and financial close. Oversees grant budgets, expenditures, reimbursements, drawdowns, compliance documentation, audits, Medicaid Cost Report preparation, and federal reporting. Partners with Development, Finance, and organizational stakeholders to maintain internal controls, accurate records, timely funding utilization, and compliance with grant requirements.

Build an internal web tool to browse and validate healthcare event data flowing through AWS cloud pipelines. Write SQL queries and views over large datasets, identify incomplete fields and schema mismatches, and surface data gaps. The internship provides experience with AWS architecture, CI/CD deployment, healthcare data, Agile workflows, large-scale data pipelines, and engineering automation.

Supports fundraising event planning and execution, including event setup and teardown, volunteer supervision, participant experience, recruitment, data tracking, corporate partner proposals and reports, marketing coordination, data entry, and photo management. The internship involves approximately 20 hours weekly, hybrid work in Minneapolis, and weekend and evening event responsibilities in varying weather conditions.
