Lead the end-to-end build of new greenfield fintech products (credit builder, BNPL) from concept to launch. Define product strategy, UX, requirements, success metrics, and partner with engineering, design, data, legal/compliance, and growth to ship and iterate toward revenue.

Design, build, and own scalable data pipelines and evaluation systems that power production AI features and internal analytics. Ensure data quality across ingestion, modeling, and reporting, collaborate with ML and analytics teams, deploy and monitor ML systems, and establish standards for data work and evaluation.

Lead Site Reliability and DevOps work for a multi-account AWS platform: design scalable IaC and CI/CD, operate Kubernetes/Docker workloads, improve observability and reliability, troubleshoot production, participate in on-call rotation, and drive reliability and automation best practices across teams.

Design, deploy, secure, and support highly available application delivery platforms across on‑prem and cloud environments. Administer Layer 7 networking (load balancers, WAFs, reverse proxies), Windows/Linux servers, AWS/Azure, virtualization, and infrastructure automation (Terraform/Ansible/scripting). Provide Tier 2/3 support, incident response, observability, and collaborate with development, cybersecurity, and operations teams.

Serve as Tier 1 IT support: triage and resolve common hardware, software, account, and connectivity issues via Jira, phone, and email. Document troubleshooting, escalate complex tickets to Tier 2, participate in on-call rotation, and maintain SLA communication and knowledge base adherence while delivering strong customer service.

Lead and own daily regulatory reporting and reconciliations for an FCM, ensure accuracy and audit readiness, manage and develop a Financial Operations team, liaise with regulators and cross-functional partners, and drive automation and process improvements.

Prospect and research enterprise accounts, perform outbound outreach across phone, email, social and events, generate interest in Nasuni's hybrid cloud file solutions, and schedule meetings with Field Sales while using sales tools and tailoring messaging to decision makers.
