Conduct new-hire orientations, provide professional assistance to employees, represent the company positively, and help new hires complete paperwork. The role also performs other assigned duties and requires strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, technology, and attention-to-detail skills.

Supports day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, payroll administration, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close. Assist auditors, produce ad hoc reports, recommend process improvements, and use accounting software to document billing/accounting data.

Leads daily accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, month-end and year-end close, budgeting support, and accounting team development. Drives process improvement, workflow automation, technology implementation, and operational efficiency while partnering with the CFO on financial insights and strategic planning. Oversees general ledger, payables, billing, cash management, fixed assets, reconciliations, compliance, and accounting personnel activities.

Supports group sales through tour coordination, client communication, contracts, invoicing, database and report management, scheduling, customer service, and tourism partnerships. Coordinates specialty experiences, develops group programs, facilitates tours, represents the museum at industry events and conventions, and helps expand the customer base. Requires flexible scheduling, including additional hours during major Derby-related events and other peak periods.

Supports talent acquisition and onboarding by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates; coordinating job fairs and recruitment initiatives; maintaining candidate, HRIS, ATS, and personnel records; partnering with hiring managers on job postings and recruitment strategies; and delivering a positive candidate experience. The role also handles employee inquiries, compliance activities, onboarding logistics, and confidential HR information.

Lead local People & Culture strategy and team, ensure high-quality HR processes (talent acquisition, comp & benefits, payroll, employee relations, training), advise business leaders, maintain compliance with employment laws, and drive workforce transformation aligned with global initiatives.

Provides administrative and logistical support for marketing trade shows, internal and industry events, representative training, and clinical team lab sessions. Coordinates registrations, travel, calendars, supplies, inventories, correspondence, certificates, and event documentation. Supports sales lead follow-up, clinical data tracking, marketing projects, reception coverage, and general office duties while collaborating cross-functionally.

Supports vehicle remarketing and loss mitigation operations by reviewing vehicle condition reports, tracking sales and auction statuses, processing post-sale checks and documents, verifying insurance coverage, and assisting with title tracking. The role requires accurate data entry, document auditing, status maintenance, and coordination with the Remarketing team. It is fully remote within the United States, with a Monday-through-Friday schedule.

Leads the architecture, design, integration, launch, deployment, and orbital operations of space missions and autonomous payloads. Oversees spacecraft subsystems, payload interfaces, mission assurance, compliance, cybersecurity, launch coordination, and on-orbit command and control. Builds and mentors the space systems engineering team, manages technical standards and verification frameworks, supports proposals and customer engagement, and advises executive leadership on space technology strategy.
