Own full-cycle business development for aviation customers (airlines, private jet, training centers): source leads, run pitches and demos, negotiate contracts, close deals, stand up deployments, develop GTM strategy, represent the company in person, and hire/build the BD team.

Support full-cycle recruitment, represent NYPCC at in-person and virtual events, draft job postings, manage ATS, coordinate interviews, verify pre-employment documents and credentialing, assist onboarding and orientations, run recruitment marketing and employer branding, track hiring metrics, and partner with hiring managers and community/college partners to attract and onboard qualified candidates.

Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network systems. Troubleshoot user issues, support onboarding/offboarding and account setup, perform system maintenance and updates, assist with network/VPN/email problems, enforce security best practices, maintain documentation and IT asset inventory, and escalate complex issues to senior staff or vendors.

Provide phone and email customer support, process orders and account updates, perform administrative tasks, generate and maintain reports in Excel/Google Sheets, assist with minor course content updates, and handle light accounts receivable/payable. Occasional in-person classroom proctoring (approx. 1 Saturday/month) required when needed.

Contribute to development, deployment, and monitoring of production ML models; perform data cleaning, analysis, and visualization; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven business solutions and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Provide administrative and operational HR support including onboarding, HRIS data entry, FMLA/leave administration, interview scheduling, vendor/procure-to-pay processing, and serve as initial HR contact. Ensure data accuracy, support training administration, special projects, and in-person, flexible shift coverage.
