Support full-cycle recruitment, represent NYPCC at in-person and virtual events, draft job postings, manage ATS, coordinate interviews, verify pre-employment documents and credentialing, assist onboarding and orientations, run recruitment marketing and employer branding, track hiring metrics, and partner with hiring managers and community/college partners to attract and onboard qualified candidates.

Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network systems. Contribute to development, deployment, and monitoring of production ML models; perform data cleaning, analysis, and visualization; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven business solutions and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Provide administrative and operational HR support including onboarding, HRIS data entry, FMLA/leave administration, interview scheduling, vendor/procure-to-pay processing, and serve as initial HR contact. Ensure data accuracy, support training administration, special projects, and in-person, flexible shift coverage.

Lead and coach lot technicians to manage vehicle flow, coordinate deliveries and transfers, maintain inventory accuracy and lot safety, support Sales and Service, train staff, and ensure a clean, customer-ready dealership environment.

Lead the development of AI-powered trading systems, focusing on building pipelines, enhancing research with AI, filtering signals, and managing infrastructure for data processing in a fast-paced trading environment.

Develop and maintain referral relationships with facilities and placement partners to drive sales. Execute in-person visits, cold calls, marketing events, lunch-and-learns, social media posts, and reporting; document activity in homecare software and support occasional shifts and trainings.

Lead and mentor a team of Customer Account Managers to drive revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and customer retention, while fostering a customer-centric team culture.
