Build and grow a network of sub-dealers and resellers for Trimble geospatial products. Prospect and develop partners, provide product demonstrations and training, support sales cycles, manage reseller relationships, maintain HubSpot CRM pipelines, analyze sales performance, and travel frequently across the assigned Texas territory (30–50% overnight).

Lead all people operations for the church, partnering with pastors and ministry leaders. Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance (FLSA, I-9, ADA, FMLA), training, performance reviews, offboarding, HRIS records, and reporting.
