Drive new enterprise SaaS revenue from target accounts and BDR-generated leads, lead complex multi-stakeholder negotiations, demonstrate ROI with data-driven analyses, and advance digital transformation and customer experience initiatives for financial institutions.

Lead and develop a team of 8–10 Contract Surety Producers across the Northeast, drive new business and revenue, coach and train sales staff, recruit and onboard sales personnel, monitor performance versus forecasts, collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and support, and maintain a high-performance, results-driven sales culture.

Lead and build an enterprise architecture practice from scratch: govern application portfolio, drive application rationalization and SaaS cost savings, establish architecture principles and lightweight review processes, use AI to analyze and prioritize consolidation and renewal risk, extend governance to AI agents, and align architecture decisions to business outcomes through collaboration with Finance, Procurement, and domain leads.
