Establish database, schema, access, backup, recovery, privacy, and observability standards; improve infrastructure-as-code and operational tooling; and guide datastore selection and architecture. Lead cross-team initiatives, reduce technical debt, mentor senior engineers, document best practices, and influence technical strategy without direct management authority.

Manages owner-furnished, contractor-installed equipment for mission-critical data center projects. Oversees OEM procurement tracking, factory testing, logistics, heavy-haul freight, site receiving, equipment protection, chain-of-custody, commissioning support, warranty coordination, and contractor handoffs. Synchronizes deliveries with construction schedules and resolves equipment interface issues involving electrical, mechanical, structural, controls, and piping systems.

Manages and tunes cybersecurity tools, including Splunk, SIEM, SOAR, firewalls, endpoint security, vulnerability detection, and cloud monitoring platforms. Designs and deploys secure on-premises and cloud environments, develops automation and integrations, leads security testing and infrastructure projects, and maintains technical documentation and procedures. The role also guides security policy decisions, supports cybersecurity operations, and leads initiatives improving automation, visibility, incident response, and security awareness.

Lead enterprise deployments of Tines, integrating the platform with customer systems and configuring workflows. Drive adoption through training, workshops, troubleshooting, and executive communication. Identify new use cases, expand platform value, maintain strategic customer relationships, and communicate customer insights to Engineering, Product, and go-to-market teams. The role requires strong Python development, production LLM and AI experience, autonomous ownership, and 20–40% travel to customer sites.

Provides deskside and remote support for Windows workstations, including laptop imaging, hardware setup, software deployment, troubleshooting, inventory, ticket documentation, and conference-room A/V assistance. Supports rollouts, VPN and network issues, Active Directory, security tools, and executive users. Participates in workplace infrastructure projects, vendor coordination, equipment disposal procedures, and after-hours on-call coverage.
