As a Software Engineer in the Platform Team, you will build internal tooling and infrastructure to enhance productivity, collaboration, and quality across engineering teams.

Own revenue recognition under ASC 606, end-to-end billing, contract review, sales and indirect tax, monthly close, reporting, and audit deliverables. Designs and manages enterprise security solutions, investigates application and service security, performs risk assessments and root-cause analysis, and advises stakeholders on security practices. The role also mentors colleagues, documents processes, and supports emerging AI and cloud security risks.

Leads research security and sponsored research compliance for federally funded and industry-sponsored projects. Oversees CMMC compliance, evaluates protected-data obligations, conducts gap analyses, develops project-specific control plans, supports audits and assessments, provides sponsor certifications, and maintains compliance documentation. Advises and trains researchers and stakeholders on cybersecurity, controlled data, privacy, and regulatory requirements while developing practical policies and institutional controls.

Own and optimize the companys internal systems ecosystem by auditing tools, defining systems architecture, driving integrations and automation, improving data integrity and reporting, increasing end-user adoption, and embedding AI capabilities to streamline workflows and boost efficiency across Sales, Marketing, Product, People, and Finance.

Owns CIQ’s HubSpot CRM and broader revenue operations technology stack. Responsibilities include CRM administration, data governance, pipeline and forecasting reporting, sales commission administration, deal desk and sales process governance, lead routing, contract workflows, attribution, funnel analysis, and cross-functional partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and executives. The role also supports system automation, reporting accuracy, rep onboarding, quota and territory administration, and operational improvements across the revenue funnel.

Own complex enterprise Linux escalations from initial report through root-cause analysis and resolution. Debug kernel and user-space issues across bare metal, virtualized, containerized, cloud, and HPC environments. Serve as a senior technical contact for strategic customers, mentor support engineers, improve support standards, contribute automated tests, drive defects through Engineering, create documentation, participate in on-call and release reviews, and engage with open-source communities.

Serve as strategic finance leader and primary advisor to the GM for Hydro Flask. Own financial performance, forecasting, long-range planning, scenario analysis, OneStream submissions, KPI dashboards, margin and working-capital improvement, commercial finance, pricing and trade optimization, POS/market analytics, and talent development across cross-functional teams.

Performs general accounting, journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, month-end close, accounts payable and receivable, billing, financial reporting, sales commission calculations, sales tax support, and audit preparation. The role researches discrepancies, analyzes financial data, maintains accounting records, supports GAAP and internal controls, and contributes to process improvements and accounting system initiatives.

Lead business systems analysis and template design for a multi-entity Microsoft D365 F&O rollout. Configure and document the core F&O template, perform fit/gap, support data migration, UAT, cutover and hypercare, build internal capability, create playbooks and training, and collaborate across architects, integration, and QA teams.

Processes, sorts, scans, indexes, stores, retrieves, and distributes incoming documents and packages. Reviews records for accuracy and completeness, converts files to PDF, researches checks and return checks, maintains scanning equipment, assists customers, and meets time-sensitive deadlines while handling confidential records and participating in office projects and training.
