The Manufacturing Analytics Engineer will manage the analytics pipeline, transforming operational data from OT systems into actionable insights for decision-making, while collaborating with Engineering, IT, and Operations.

Perform end-to-end data analysis and transformation for large-scale P&C insurance datasets. Develop source-to-target mappings, validate and profile data, optimize complex SQL queries, and collaborate with business SMEs and technical teams to ensure data quality, standardization, and accurate technical documentation.

Lead product measurement and analytics as a Staff-level IC: define KPI frameworks, generate proactive insights, shape product strategy, improve data foundations, and build AI-enabled analytics workflows while mentoring analysts and influencing senior product leaders.

Build and maintain production-grade data pipelines and ELT processes using Python, SQL, Airflow, and dbt within AWS. Design optimized schemas in PostgreSQL and Redshift, leverage AI/LLMs to improve development, automation, testing, and data quality, and scale infrastructure for large healthcare datasets.

Lead customer engagements to architect, implement, and optimize large-scale Spark and Databricks workloads.
