Supports outside sales by maintaining customer relationships, interpreting specifications, preparing quotes and submittals, coordinating product shipments, and providing documentation and customer support. Participants support sales analytics, reporting, KPI tracking, pipeline analysis, estimating, takeoffs, proposal development, technical sales engineering, customer presentations, meetings, and relationship building. The program includes technical cross-training, field integration, exposure to water and wastewater markets, and travel to trade shows and customer events, leading to sales-focused roles such as outside sales, sales engineering, inside sales, or business development.
