Administer certified payroll, labor and contractor compliance, apprenticeship tracking, COI and lien waiver management, and compliance platform administration. Lead modernization of finance and business systems: implement and integrate modern finance software, leverage AI and automation, build dashboards, manage external service providers, drive margin and profitability improvements, and provide operational financial insights across taprooms, brewery production, and wholesale.
