The Senior Software Engineer for the Treasury team will develop backend services for fund management, ensuring system reliability and leading projects in a fast-paced environment.

Sell CivilGrid's civil design platform to California cities, municipalities, and public agencies. Own full public-sector sales cycles from prospecting and pilots through contract execution, navigate government procurement/RFPs, build ROI-backed materials, maintain long-cycle stakeholder engagement, and expand pipeline using existing public-sector networks. Represent CivilGrid at industry events.

Annotates and curates Italian-language data to support the development of high-quality AI datasets and scalable generative AI solutions. The role contributes to multilingual data preparation for large language models and related AI applications.

Supports and enhances a pension administration system by gathering requirements, documenting processes, analyzing issues, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors, and conducting functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. Performs data validation, reconciliation, reporting, process improvement, change management, and implementation support. The role also tracks defects, risks, decisions, dependencies, and project activities while ensuring system changes meet business and operational needs.

Supports FP&A reporting, forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, variance analysis, and executive reporting for corporate and entity finance functions. Partners with department leaders and finance teams, maintains financial models, and assists with OneStream EPM redesign and implementation. Identifies AI and automation opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting, data gathering, and workflow efficiency.

Provides day-to-day People Operations support across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, employee changes, transfers, separations, and Workday HCM transactions. Administers background checks and pre-employment screening, maintains confidential employee records, supports HR audits and compliance activities, resolves routine employee and manager questions, and identifies process improvements. The role collaborates with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, vendors, employees, and managers in a hybrid office environment.

Leads firmwide marketing and proposal operations, including workflow ownership, team management, pursuit coordination, brand standards, communications, CRM administration, reporting, and process improvement. Partners with business development leaders and principals to develop pursuit strategies, improve proposal effectiveness, maintain quality and consistency, and align marketing activities with firmwide growth objectives.

Oversee daily accounting operations, including billing, accounts payable, payroll, and representative payee functions. Supervise and develop the accounting operations team, maintain accurate and compliant financial processes, strengthen internal controls, coordinate audits, improve accounting systems, and provide operational reporting. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning while ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and company policies.

Creates, films, edits, and publishes short-form social media content for assigned retail properties. Manages TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook posting schedules, monitors trends, responds to community engagement, coordinates content with tenants and onsite marketing teams, and reports monthly analytics. The role requires onsite filming, occasional on-camera representation, strong social media performance metrics, and availability for some weekends and holidays.

Reviews signed documents and approvals, obtains lender funding authorizations, balances and disburses escrow files, issues checks and wires, verifies Positive Pay exceptions, assists with reconciliations, and resolves escalated issues. The role requires residential title closing experience, preferably across multiple states, along with escrow accounting knowledge, strong organization, communication, and familiarity with title industry systems.
