Provide administrative support to the General Director and Office of the General Director: manage schedule, travel, correspondence, board meeting logistics and minutes, maintain board documents, assist with events and communications, and handle office operations.

Provide customer service and support daily rental operations: prepare contracts, process payments, manage reservations, answer inquiries, recommend equipment, assist yard coordination, and resolve customer issues.

Lead global finance and accounting for a manufacturing and distribution business. Oversee GAAP-compliant reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, cash and inventory management, ERP financial processes, and financial strategy. Act as strategic partner to the CEO, drive operational efficiency, manage audits and compliance across jurisdictions, support M&A and capital decisions, and lead finance, accounting and customer engagement teams through turnaround initiatives.

Sell new and used vehicles by greeting customers, assessing needs, demonstrating vehicles, explaining options, overcoming objections, closing sales, and reporting to the Sales Manager. Maintain strong customer rapport and follow company sales processes.

Manage and optimize high-value user acquisition, CTV, and retargeting campaigns across the Americas. Launch, monitor, troubleshoot, and scale campaigns using MMP attribution data, A/B tests, and performance analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally, communicate results to stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.
