About the Role:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily rental operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate contracts, clear communication, and a smooth rental experience.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and organization.
What You'll D:
- Assist customers with equipment rentals, including preparing contracts and explaining fees
- Process payments, deposits, and credit transactions accurately
- Manage reservations, maintain contract files, and monitor overdue rentals
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries via email
- Recommend equipment and products based on customer needs
- Provide basic equipment operation guidance and assist with occasional yard coordination
- Maintain a clean, organized showroom and restock merchandise as needed
- Resolve customer issues and escalate concerns when appropriate
- Support overall rental operations and perform additional duties as assigned

Work Environment
