Execute marketing plans to meet sales and occupancy goals. Generate and manage leads and wait lists, oversee move-ins/move-outs, use lead-tracking and marketing systems, build relationships with residents and families, track competitors and pricing, ensure regulatory compliance, and support internal referral programs.

Lead annual compensation review cycles, conduct market benchmarking and reward analysis, support governance and committee activity, develop reward recommendations and business cases, and contribute to reward strategy and regulatory projects while building relationships across HR, Finance and the wider business.

Provide customer service and support daily rental operations: prepare contracts, process payments, manage reservations, answer inquiries, recommend equipment, assist yard coordination, and resolve customer issues.

Lead global finance and accounting for a manufacturing and distribution business. Oversee GAAP-compliant reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, cash and inventory management, ERP financial processes, and financial strategy. Act as strategic partner to the CEO, drive operational efficiency, manage audits and compliance across jurisdictions, support M&A and capital decisions, and lead finance, accounting and customer engagement teams through turnaround initiatives.
