The Hackett Group is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Manager to manage and deliver Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations for large, complex organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), with additional experience across SCM modules such as Inventory Management and Order Management.
This role will be responsible for managing supply chain transformation workstreams, including process design, solution delivery, implementation, and optimization across procurement, inventory, order management, and related SCM processes. The Manager will work closely with clients and project teams to ensure high-quality delivery, while providing guidance and mentorship to consultants.
Oracle Cloud SCM Responsibilities- Manage Oracle Cloud SCM implementation workstreams across P2P, Inventory Management, Order Management, and related SCM processes
- Own end-to-end process design and solution delivery across procurement, sourcing, inventory, fulfillment, and order management
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment aligned with Oracle leading practices
- Manage delivery of scalable solutions for complex, high-volume supply chain environments
- Serve as a primary functional point of contact for client stakeholders across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT
- Facilitate client workshops and lead functional discussions with business and technical stakeholders
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution within assigned workstreams
- Review and ensure the quality of functional designs, process flows, configuration documentation, testing materials, and other implementation deliverables
- Support full lifecycle implementations from design through build, testing, deployment, and stabilization
- Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and leverage Oracle Cloud capabilities
- Provide coaching and mentorship to consultants and other project team members
- Collaborate with project leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across SCM and related Oracle Cloud modules
- Support client relationship management and contribute to identifying opportunities for additional client value
- 4–10 years of experience in Oracle SCM, supply chain transformation, procurement, or related consulting
- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Experience with one or more additional Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including:
- Inventory Management
- Order Management
- Sourcing
- Purchasing
- Procurement
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and integration across SCM modules
- Experience supporting at least two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud or comparable ERP implementations
- Demonstrated experience managing functional workstreams and/or project delivery
- Experience working directly with business and technical stakeholders in complex enterprise environments
- Prior consulting and client-facing delivery experience preferred
- Experience mentoring or providing guidance to consultants preferred
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, resolve issues, and drive workstreams to successful completion
Work Location: Flexible, subject to Company approval. This position may not be performed remotely from Colorado.
