The role is field-based, involving frequent customer-site and chemistry-laboratory visits, with regular overnight travel.

Reviews and processes financial assistance applications, verifies supporting documentation, and approves or denies requests according to established criteria. Maintains confidential records, tracks application status, monitors policy compliance, prepares financial aid reports, communicates decisions to applicants, and collaborates with membership, program, finance, and operations teams. Builds scalable customer success playbooks and operates autonomously across complex accounts. Requires approximately 40–50% travel to dealership locations.
