Provide administrative and production support for a design-build landscape firm: assist project managers, prepare estimates/proposals/contracts/invoices, track project timelines and permit/utility tickets, manage databases and documentation, handle phone/email inquiries, schedule meetings, maintain filing and office supplies, and coordinate client, vendor, and subcontractor communications.

Perform day-to-day financial operations including billing, payer setup, client authorization processing, invoicing, accounts receivable and collections, payment processing, write-offs, report generation, and general administrative tasks. Collaborate with program teams to resolve billing issues and maintain unit summary workbooks.

Support development and execution of education initiatives including research, community engagement, policy analysis, grant monitoring, and investment processes. Staff Impact Council volunteers, maintain community partnerships, manage agency campaigns, and oversee EDEN Place and Future Bound Miami programs. Attend community events, prepare reports and promotional materials, and provide technical assistance for program implementation and evaluation.

Partner directly with the CEO to turn strategy into execution: run operating cadence, track KPIs, lead cross-functional strategic projects, prepare business cases and board materials, manage RFPs and partnership diligence, drive internal communications, support senior recruiting and organizational design, and build lightweight processes to scale clinical and commercial operations in a fast-growing healthtech company.

Provide instructional leadership, coaching, and technical support to implement special education programming. Coach teachers and paraprofessionals, ensure IEP compliance, support behavioral interventions (FBAs/BIPs), lead professional development, monitor data and assessments, and collaborate with families and partners to improve student outcomes.

Own architecture and long-term evolution of the NetSuite financial platform. Define multi-quarter architecture, build declarative and programmatic NetSuite solutions, lead complex redesigns (billing, pricing, OneWorld), implement integrations and release management, reduce technical debt, and ensure system stability, scalability, and CI/CD-driven deployments.

Hunt and close new logo SaaS deals end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, technical evaluation, and contract negotiation. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive revenue, maintain pipeline hygiene, and refine messaging based on market feedback.
