Provide clerical and administrative support to attorneys and casehandlers: maintain client files, create new case files, prepare standard pleadings, schedule hearings/depositions, notarize documents, manage trust accounts, handle mail/phone, maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinate calendars, assist clients and attorneys, and perform other secretarial duties as assigned.
