Own HubSpot as the revenue CRM system, including workflows, data quality, integrations, permissions, sequences, automations, and intake operations. Diagnose root causes, build audits and alerts, support lead and list operations, and partner with AI and Data teams on reliable CRM structures for AI-driven go-to-market automations. This is a hands-on individual contributor role supporting Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Design and govern enterprise data architectures that make customer data secure, trustworthy, and AI-ready. Lead data modeling, ETL/ELT, integrations across cloud, ERP, CRM, and legacy systems, vector and retrieval data foundations, data quality, lineage, and compliance. Support multiple concurrent forward-deployed customer engagements involving agentic AI, RAG, and LLM/SLM workflows.

Drive new-business and expansion revenue across enterprise accounts in Michigan and Ohio. Own the full B2B SaaS sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, closing, forecasting, and pipeline management. Build multimillion-dollar pipelines, develop executive relationships, pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and collaborate with channel partners, Marketing, SDRs, and internal teams. Sell IT operations, endpoint management, infrastructure, or cybersecurity solutions to complex enterprise customers.

Lead Affirm’s enterprise AI security review program, threat model LLM and agentic systems, review code and configurations, and develop security guardrails, tooling, policies, and monitoring. Evaluate AI-enabled SaaS vendors, identify emerging vulnerabilities, support incident response, and lead cross-functional initiatives across Security, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance. The role requires expertise in AI security architecture, threat modeling, IAM, cloud infrastructure, policy-as-code, and regulated enterprise environments.

Deploys and maintains edge AI systems in factories and warehouses. Works directly with customers to understand operations, define solutions, prototype and validate workflows on site, troubleshoot deployments, and improve reliability. Collaborates with backend, frontend, and research teams to turn field learnings into reusable modules, playbooks, and product improvements. The role is based in New York City with three office days weekly and up to 30% client-site travel.

Support day-to-day GRC operations: assess third-party vendors, maintain vendor risk register, track remediation and control evidence, assist with internal control testing and audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS), maintain policies, prepare reporting, and contribute to process improvements.

Leads Engineering Operations by building the operating system connecting Product, Engineering, and Data strategy to measurable outcomes. Owns executive reporting, KPI and OKR definition, portfolio planning, software delivery reviews, capacity and headcount planning, risk and dependency tracking, and cross-functional decision-making. Partners with senior leaders across technology and business functions to improve delivery predictability, accountability, resource allocation, and organizational effectiveness.

Supports the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of server environments, hardware, operating systems, applications, backups, user accounts, Exchange services, voicemail, call routing, file and print services. Provides technical support to desktop specialists, assists with software rollouts, performs system restores, and follows disaster recovery procedures while escalating complex issues appropriately.

The Product Manager will own mobile product execution, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, prioritization, release communications, customer feedback, and cross-functional coordination with engineering and design.
