Designs, develops, tests, optimizes, and maintains complex ETL pipelines and data integration workflows for high-volume retail and CPG data. Troubleshoots performance issues, performs root cause analysis, optimizes code and databases, and designs schemas and data models. Collaborates with platform, cloud, data engineering, and QA teams to deliver scalable pipelines. Create detailed 2D electrical drawings and 3D models for mining and industrial projects. Develop layouts, schematics, panel designs, cable routing, grounding, lighting, substations, and electrical room plans using AutoCAD and Plant 3D. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and multidisciplinary EPCM teams, translate engineering concepts into accurate designs, follow standards, and contribute to drafting software improvements.

Leads global product compliance and regulatory engineering initiatives across products, materials, packaging, and manufacturing processes. Interprets international regulations, sustainability requirements, and certification standards; assesses compliance risks; supports testing and product validation; maintains technical documentation and reporting tools; and collaborates with engineering, quality, supply chain, suppliers, laboratories, and business teams. The role also monitors regulatory changes, supports EPR reporting, and travels up to 15%.

Manage debt and equity financing transactions, including structuring, due diligence, financial analysis, documentation, and execution. Maintain rating agency and banking relationships, monitor debt compliance and covenants, perform stress testing, support capital planning, and develop capital markets dashboards. Mentor junior staff and collaborate with Investor Relations on fixed-income materials and sustainability reporting.

Lead and develop a software engineering team while remaining technically hands-on. Responsibilities include Agile delivery, architecture and technical strategy, code reviews, debugging, quality and testing practices, technical debt reduction, cloud software delivery, stakeholder alignment, talent development, and recruitment. The role partners across Product, Design, Business, and Engineering to deliver mobile, cloud, and connected software solutions.

Supports product messaging, content production, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical product launches. Translates technical information into contractor-focused messaging, produces AI-assisted marketing content, maintains launch assets, tracks performance metrics, and coordinates cross-functional deliverables. The role is execution-focused and develops greater strategic ownership over time under manager guidance.

Supports the FP&A team during annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting. Responsibilities include data cleanup and reconciliation, report and presentation creation, P&L analysis, budget-versus-actual variance analysis, financial reporting, stakeholder support, and ad hoc analysis. The role requires strong Excel skills, familiarity with FP&A software and ERP platforms, attention to detail, and effective communication. It is a hybrid contract position based at the company’s San Diego headquarters.
