The role requires an active Series 65 license and offers a path toward lead advisor responsibilities.

Plans and controls materials, inventory, manufacturing orders, procurement, and production schedules to support delivery goals. Reviews manufacturing bills of materials, maintains ERP data integrity, resolves shortages and scheduling issues, and coordinates cross-functional supply chain activities. Owns the global partner program across Sales, Services, and Technology tracks. Designs tiers, incentives, specializations, MDF governance, compliance frameworks, and operational processes. Monitors partner performance, ROI, compliance, NPS, and bookings contribution while resolving disputes and exceptions. Partners with Finance, Legal, Partner Experience, Support, and leadership to align program strategy, maintain investment cases, and continuously improve program effectiveness.

Own Talent’s knowledge governance strategy, taxonomy, information architecture, indexing, content lifecycle, and AI-readiness across a federated organization. Build standards, metrics, review rhythms, cross-business alignment, and AI-assisted content workflows. Partner with platform teams, guide business-unit adoption without direct authority, influence the Netflix Knowledge Platform roadmap, onboard additional business units, and establish the team needed to scale the function.

Provides administrative and operational support to Human Resources, including maintaining confidential employee records, assisting with recruiting and onboarding, coordinating interviews, supporting payroll and benefits administration, preparing HR documents, responding to employee inquiries, tracking compliance records, and assisting with HR projects and process improvements.
