Supports an in-house investments legal team with administrative legal tasks, including preparing and tracking NDAs, subscription documents, execution packages, and investment committee resolutions. Manages legal inboxes, document filing, data-site downloads, tracking charts, mailing, and special projects. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe, and Connecticut notary status or willingness to obtain it.
