Design, build, and operate a scalable, secure data platform. Architect end-to-end data pipelines, manage Snowflake performance and costs, implement CI/CD and observability, ensure data governance and HIPAA alignment, integrate diverse sources, mentor teammates, and support analytics and business users.

Lead IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, business systems, and technical support. Align IT strategy with business goals, manage staff and vendors, oversee cloud and on-prem systems, ensure security and compliance, run projects and vendor contracts, and manage IT budget, backup, and disaster recovery.

Build and evolve APIs and frontend surfaces for data products. Translate business requirements into scalable systems, ensure data integrity, design frontend and backend architecture, improve developer self-serve tooling, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor engineers while maintaining strong code quality and delivery practices.

Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and President: manage calendar, review bills, prepare deposit slips, compare invoices, arrange travel, track customer deposits/refunds, back up receiving/operate UPS, answer phones, and perform general office tasks requiring discretion and strong organization.

Serve as the service drive quarterback: explain repairs, consult customers on priorities and options, maximize technician productivity and sales forecasts, provide proactive updates, and ensure each guest receives a VIP experience.

Create and deliver accurate supplier pricing quotes, track and submit deals in supplier systems and CRM, respond to partners within SLA, recommend suppliers, support sales teams, and maintain supplier knowledge. Specializations: carrier, cable (CableFinder), or general supplier pricing.

Manage electronic invoice submission and administration (convert and maintain LEDES files), submit through eBilling Hub and vendor portals, track and resolve rejected invoices, coordinate with billing, collections, and legal teams, and recommend process improvements.

Collect and process supported/supportive housing rents and clients' SSI/SSD/PNA funds. Oversee residential utilities, petty cash, travel arrangements, agency vehicles, and vendor check requests. Maintain financial and administrative records under supervision.
