The Systems Engineer III is responsible for advanced engineering, escalation support, project leadership, and deployment of cloud and hybrid solutions. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent documentation, and mentoring of engineers in a fast-paced managed services environment.

Lead design, build, test, and deploy AI agents and workflow automations; map and redesign business processes to integrate AI; support client engagements across discovery, deployment, and adoption; train nontechnical users and produce governance, documentation, and reusable solution assets.

Support the General Manager to grow the company: build prospect lists and campaigns, join client calls, track commercial performance, develop partnerships, attend international trade shows and embassy events, and help structure the HubSpot CRM and dashboards.

Design and deploy predictive models and reproducible pipelines for voter and survey data. Build data infrastructure, automate workflows, develop tools and internal platforms, apply ML and AI for survey analysis, and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders to inform political and policy strategy.

Assist the Training & Safety team with reviewing and updating training materials, preparing and distributing instructional and safety aids, supporting safety communications for warehouses and vehicles, helping plan culture and specialty events, and conducting research and planning for safety and training initiatives, including grant applications.

Lead advanced security operations: escalate and resolve complex incidents, improve SIEM/EDR detection and automation, perform threat hunting and log analysis, mentor junior engineers, maintain runbooks, and support compliance and incident readiness exercises.

Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, project controls, and commissioning for a large Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) capital project. Maintain integrated execution plans, monitor schedule and budget, identify and mitigate risks, facilitate stakeholder collaboration, track action items, support project controls reporting, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout project delivery.

Lead technical design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications; provide architectural guidance, code reviews, and CI/CD/DevOps practices; manage and mentor a team of 2–8 engineers; collaborate with product, design, and operations; ensure reliability, testing, and production support; drive engineering standards and continuous improvement.

Serve as a senior technical business analyst on client projects, coordinating a small analyst team to develop or improve business systems, ensure compliance with company standards and Basel III, and produce requirements and designs using enterprise tools.

Hands-on accounting role supporting 12–15 restaurant locations: AP/data entry, bank reconciliations, month-end close support, payroll and benefits administration, sales tax and compliance assistance, and manager support via Slack. Work closely with Controller and operations to ensure timely financials and resolve R365 issues.
