Leads the technology roadmap across portfolio companies, including ERP transformations, cloud migrations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance, AI strategy, vendor management, budgets, and business continuity. Partners with executives and boards to prioritize initiatives, measure ROI, manage change, and drive user adoption. Oversees external providers, supports IT hiring and development, and establishes scalable technology playbooks across the portfolio.

Provides billing and account support for policyholders, agents, and internal teams. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, processing premium payments and refunds, maintaining billing records, reconciling accounts, monitoring accounts receivable, evaluating collection activity, and completing follow-up communications while protecting confidential information and following compliance policies.

Develop and test Rust backend services for a SaaS banking platform, translating complex financial rules into accurate, scalable software. Build event-driven, serverless AWS solutions using historized non-relational data models, contribute to technical designs and code reviews, and own features through deployment and monitoring. Collaborate with Platform and SRE engineers, clients, and financial domain specialists while working across distributed teams and traveling to Switzerland and client sites.

Coordinates recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee records, benefits and leave administration, compliance support, HRIS updates, employee communications, and HR process improvements. Provides confidential assistance to employees and managers, supports audits and documentation, coordinates training and engagement initiatives, and maintains accurate personnel records. The role also provides backup support across HR functions and requires occasional community travel.

The High School Program Coordinator will oversee programs for special populations, support school leadership, and drive academic outcomes, while attending events and collaborating with staff to enhance student achievement.

Leads human resources strategy and operations, advising leadership on employee relations, investigations, corrective action, compliance, leave and accommodations. Oversees recruitment, onboarding, benefits, workers’ compensation, HRIS processes, policy administration, reporting, and supervisor coaching. Manages Paycom workflows and supervises an administrative coordinator while partnering with executives to support staff and organizational effectiveness.

Collects, organizes, verifies, and analyzes operational data from multiple sources. Maintains dashboards and reports, supports ad hoc data requests, applies statistical techniques to identify trends, and creates data visualizations for business decisions. The role also provides basic technical support, trains users, promotes consistent data-entry processes, and collaborates with cross-functional teams.

Provides internal end-user and help desk support while administering Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, security, backups, virtualization, and infrastructure systems. Troubleshoots hardware, software, identity, access, and connectivity issues; deploys equipment; maintains documentation; supports cybersecurity activities; and participates in infrastructure projects, on-call coverage, equipment installation, and periodic travel.

Support and lead client trainings, manage day-to-day client communication, create training materials, track onboarding tasks and timelines, identify adoption blockers, and share customer feedback with Product, Engineering, and Sales. The role grows into owning SaaS implementations from sales handoff through go-live, including client trainings and onsite kickoffs.
