Facilitate study groups, support labs, monitor learner performance and attendance, develop individualized study plans, provide feedback, enforce program policies, and enter learner data, grades, and attendance in Salesforce and Canvas.

Welcomes and assists visitors, manages incoming calls, maintains reception areas, distributes mail and deliveries, schedules appointments, handles resident funds, supports business office staff, and performs general clerical duties. The role requires professional communication, confidentiality, organization, multitasking, and proficiency with office software. Hours are part time every other weekend from 9 AM to 5 PM.
