The HR Generalist manages daily HR functions including recruitment, performance reviews, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws.

Serve as the facilitys first point of contact: greet and check in clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, manage client records, perform clerical tasks, maintain reception area, handle mail/postage, and assist staff as needed.

Owner of end-to-end renewals for an assigned book of business; manage broker relationships, develop renewal strategies with underwriting, drive retention, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain renewal records, and improve renewal processes to ensure accurate, timely renewals and exceptional customer experience.

Provide administrative support including ordering products, processing accounts payable in QuickBooks, answering phones, data entry, receiving and verifying shipments, maintaining digital and physical filing, managing spreadsheets and office supplies, and assisting leadership with varied office tasks.

Design, operate, and automate network infrastructure across data centers and offices. Build tooling for provisioning, configuration, and monitoring; support routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, DDoS mitigation, and hybrid cloud networking. Manage and generate the master production/distribution schedule, lead ERP/MRP training and implementation, collaborate with sales/production/purchasing for forecasting and capacity planning, develop inventory strategy, present data to stakeholders, and lead special projects while ensuring safety and quality compliance.
