Manages client marketing promotion projects from initiation through completion, serving as the primary contact for clients and vendors. Coordinates communications, timelines, deliverables, coupon offers, barcodes, and proof validation while managing multiple projects simultaneously. The role also improves processes, adapts to changing priorities, monitors consumer promotion trends, and provides relevant thought leadership to clients.

The role also identifies workflow improvements and automation opportunities while ensuring accurate records, timely approvals, policy compliance, and responsive support for grantees and internal teams.

Reviews daily point-of-sale receipts for exceptions, investigates and reports discrepancies, conducts periodic retail location audits, supports asset protection investigations, and prepares monthly cash over-short and non-receipted returns reports.

Supports commercial lenders through financial statement analysis, cash flow projections, loan underwriting, risk grading, loan structuring, and industry research. Identifies problem loans, monitors special assets, develops exit strategies, maintains accurate loan documentation, and ensures compliance with NCUA regulations, lending policies, and BSA training requirements. Also helps refine underwriting tools, supports regulatory examinations, mentors lending staff, and represents the credit union in community and professional organizations.

Owns employee relations, investigations, performance management, corrective actions, and terminations for a 200+ person, multi-site, shift-based workforce. Partners with managers and site leads, builds HR processes including performance reviews and career paths, analyzes attrition and engagement, and advises on organizational design and headcount planning. Requires strong California employment-law knowledge, sound judgment, discretion, and hands-on experience supporting hourly workers.

Manage technical presales activities for enterprise customers, including discovery workshops, solution prototypes, customized demos, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and integration or data migration guidance. Partner with sales, product, engineering, and support teams while managing multiple customer engagements and meeting sales objectives. The role requires business intelligence, database, cloud data warehouse, ETL, and production BI implementation experience, with 25% travel.

Leads enterprise-wide FP&A strategy, annual operating plans, reforecasts, long-range planning, clinical trial forecasting, cash runway modeling, scenario analysis, and executive and board reporting. Partners with Clinical Operations, Global Program Teams, R&D, Commercial, Accounting, and corporate development. Builds scalable financial processes and systems, supports pre-commercial finance, and leads and develops the FP&A team.

Supports Marine Corps acquisition programs across the full lifecycle, coordinating cost, schedule, performance, acquisition documentation, risks, milestones, stakeholder communications, and program reviews. Develops and manages master schedules, evaluates technical and financial data, prepares reports and briefings, identifies corrective actions, and advises leadership on program feasibility, compliance, and execution.
