Works an eight-hour shift between 8:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST.

Manages end-to-end procurement projects from purchase order placement through delivery and goods receipt. Coordinates suppliers, freight providers, logistics, customers, and internal teams; tracks schedules and milestones; communicates project status; resolves delivery issues; identifies and mitigates supply chain risks; and drives supplier accountability, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Lead corporate governance and legal project management activities, including Board and committee operations, SEC and securities filings, entity management, compliance calendars, transaction data rooms, IP and trademark coordination, and legal process improvement. Support the Chief Legal Officer and Legal leadership while managing confidential information, legal technology, records, workflows, and administrative operations.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Andesite’s AI-driven cybersecurity platform through channel partners. Build territory pipeline, cultivate partner relationships, engage CISOs and executives, lead consultative discovery and POCs, develop ROI-based business cases, and drive new customer acquisition, expansion, ARR growth, and production deployments. Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and field teams while providing market insights to support product and go-to-market strategy.

Designs and develops new transportation equipment and improves existing trailer products. Responsibilities include conceptual design, product specifications, BOM development, mechanical and FEA analysis, structural integrity assessment, testing, prototype development, manufacturing support, vendor interaction, regulatory compliance, and customer and sales technical support. The role also investigates field failures, evaluates test results, prepares design modifications, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, vendors, and customers.

Advise students and alumni on career exploration, resumes, interviews, internships, job searches, graduate school, and career assessments. Develop and deliver workshops and customized career-readiness programs, collaborate with faculty and student affairs teams, manage career events and resources through Handshake, maintain advising records and metrics, and support employer, alumni, academic, and student engagement initiatives.

Provides first-line IT support for hardware, software, peripheral, and network issues. Resolves and tracks help requests, trains users, supports WAN/LAN administration, evaluates applications, coordinates technology purchases, and recommends system improvements. The role also collaborates on process optimization, maintains customer communication, and supports workplace safety initiatives.
