Supports the Partner Internal Controls over Financial Reporting program by documenting partner controls, mapping them to the ICFR framework, and performing targeted alternative testing. The role tracks restricted grant expenditures, maintains audit-ready records, monitors overdue accounts, and supports funder compliance. It also serves as a finance contact for internal and external stakeholders while ensuring accurate financial data and strong internal controls.

Directs delivery of a federal cybersecurity services contract, overseeing staffing, schedules, risks, quality, SLAs, finances, reporting, governance, and stakeholder coordination. Maintains program, communications, staffing, transition, and risk-management plans; supports cybersecurity authorization, continuous monitoring, audit readiness, and incident coordination.
