Support multi-county offices by researching and pursuing grant opportunities, preparing and submitting applications, maintaining grant records and reporting, coordinating with staff and community partners, ensuring grant compliance, and periodically traveling between county offices.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for behavioral health programs: partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, handle offers and onboarding, maintain ATS/HRIS data and recruitment metrics, ensure compliance with employment laws, deliver hiring training, and support HR initiatives and internship recruitment.
