Senior supplier quality engineer responsible for qualifying and managing strategic suppliers for photovoltaic materials. Lead supplier audits, NPI/PPAP/APQP activities, risk mitigation, and corrective actions. Apply statistical quality tools (SPC, MSA, Cp/Cpk, DOE) and structured problem-solving (8D, RCA) to improve supplier process capability, yield, and reliability. Serve as technical liaison across supply chain, procurement, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure production readiness and continuous improvement.

Coordinate onboarding and travel for new CDL Class A drivers: complete pre-orientation paperwork, ensure FMCSA Clearinghouse compliance, upload documents to Tenstreet, arrange travel/lodging and DocuSign travel letters, set up and support on-site orientations in Baltimore, track orientation costs and referrals, and communicate status with Recruiting, Retention, Operations, and Safety teams.

Serve as primary contact for large industrial and commercial customers, build strategic relationships, coordinate operations during outages/emergencies, analyze customer business objectives, identify electrification/renewable/growth opportunities, manage billing/metering disputes, and log activities in Salesforce to drive customer satisfaction and mutual profitability.

Serve as a fractional Client CFO for 2-3 distressed DTC/CPG brands, leading cash management, 13-week forecasting, lender/creditor negotiations, restructuring strategy, scenario modeling, and board/investor communications. Build repeatable tools, KPI dashboards, and playbooks; partner with accounting to ensure reporting integrity during high-pressure turnarounds.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET and Angular. Integrate AI/ML models and services (chatbots, recommendations, NLP), build and consume RESTful APIs, optimize performance and security, participate in code reviews, and ensure quality via testing and CI/CD practices.

Lead the AI Coaching product: define roadmap, design trust and human-in-the-loop guardrails, run experiments and metrics, and collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to drive behavior-change outcomes for members.

Provide legal counsel supporting EPC, commercial contracting, procurement, regulatory compliance, risk management, claims and dispute resolution for renewable energy and construction projects. Draft, negotiate, and manage complex contracts; advise leadership and cross-functional teams; oversee outside counsel, legal budgets, and governance; develop compliance programs and practical risk mitigation strategies.

Manage origination contract workflows: review, QA/QC, routing, title ordering and recording, vendor and invoicing management, due diligence coordination, easement tracking, filing, process automation, commission reporting, and event logistics support for Origination and Legal teams.

Support and enhance the credit union's BSA/AML/OFAC program by monitoring transactions, investigating suspicious activity, preparing SARs/CTRs and regulatory filings, conducting enhanced due diligence for high-risk accounts, supporting audits and regulatory exams, updating policies and training, and collaborating across teams to mitigate financial crime risk.

Provide administrative support for order fulfillment, inventory management, quality control, and procurement. Track surplus and will-call orders, manage false-book damaged/missing equipment processes, support receival and initial inventorying, and coordinate with Field Operations, Production, and Sales to ensure timely delivery and repair costing.
